Method
- Coarsely mill your wheat and add into a small to medium saucepan (depending on how big of a batch you're making). Add in your liquid - water, milk, or both, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir together and cook over medium heat while mixing with a whisk. You'll want to stir pretty consistently so it doesn't burn to the bottom or get clumpy. Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles. *This will be be a shorter time for a single batch and it will take a little longer for larger batches.
- When it's done add your favorite add-ins. Enjoy!
