So, my specific Vitamix model is the 6300 and is now retired. I’ve had it for almost 10 years and it makes life so much easier! I use it for smoothies, soup bases, pureeing tomatoes and apples for canning with the skins on to save time and keep the fiber, and the list goes on and on.
