Method
- Let your dough rise until doubled. (about an hour)
- Punch down and measure out 8-4oz pieces on a kitchen scale. (If you don't have one just eyeball it)
- Make a flat, oblong shape with your dough to wrap your hot dog. Pinch bottom seam together. *Make sure you pinch your seam very good so that they are sealed and don't break open when boiling or baking*
- Put on a parchment lined baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 20 minutes.
- While rising, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, bring a pot of water to a boil with 2 tbsp. of baking soda.
- Boil for 1 minute and put back onto the baking sheet. Then egg wash and sprinkle more everything seasoning on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes and enjoy!
